By clicking “Sign & Accept”, I confirm that I am a UK resident, that the information I have provided is accurate and my own, and that between 2007 and January 2024 I had at least one PCP or HP vehicle finance agreement. I confirm I was not told about, and was not aware of, any discretionary commission paid to a dealer or broker, that I have not instructed another firm, and that I have not already complained to my lender or the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS).

I understand that I do not need to use a claims management company and can pursue this complaint for free directly with my lender, through the Financial Ombudsman Service, or via any future FCA redress scheme. By proceeding with Car Finance Registry, I confirm I have chosen not to use these free routes.

I understand this is a No Win, No Fee service. If my claim is successful, I will pay a fee of up to 30% plus VAT of the compensation awarded. There are no upfront fees and I will not be charged if my claim is unsuccessful.

I understand I have a 14-day cooling-off period during which I may cancel at no cost. After this period, I may cancel at any time and may be charged a fair and reasonable amount for work already completed, as explained in the Cancellation Policy.

I understand that soft credit searches may be carried out and that UK residency may be verified where required. These checks will not affect my credit score. I understand that my personal data may be shared, where necessary, with third parties to progress my claim, and I confirm that I have already read and understood the Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions.

If I consider myself a vulnerable person, I understand I can inform the team at any time.

By signing, I confirm that I accept this Agreement, agree to my electronic signature being applied, acknowledge that a signed copy will be emailed to me, and understand that Car Finance Registry will begin work immediately.
